Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers high standard rooms that are comfortable and clean, although a bit small if you have a lot of luggage. The service, especially from Barbara and Diogo, was simply amazing, very attentive and helpful. The location is excellent, very central, and convenient for both city exploration and trips out to places like Cascais. The dining experience was very good with a variety of delicious options. The facilities are well worth it, providing a pleasant stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and functionally equipped, though a bit small for my liking. The temperature was a bit warm as it was fixed at 22C, and I did notice some mold over the bathtub. The service provided by the staff, especially Avani, was enjoyable and very helpful with information on airport arrangements and dining options. The location of the hotel was gorgeous, right in the center of Lisbon, allowing for a peaceful stay without any traffic noise. The dining experience offered great variety and was excellent, although I wished there were more vegetable options for breakfast. In terms of facilities, the hotel offers a range of services including room service, car hire, and shuttle services.
The hotel had some positives like accommodating last-minute room changes and efficient, helpful service, but there were drawbacks such as smaller-than-expected rooms and a mixed dining experience. The location suited my needs very well overall.
I felt like I stepped into a modern and well-furnished room from an old erotic movie, complete with a small balcony. The room, although a bit small for my luggage, was still spacious and comfortable, especially with the balcony view. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful and friendly staff who made my stay simply amazing. The location was perfect, just off the bustling Avenida Liberdade, close to everything but away from the chaos, earning a high rating for its convenience. Despite the dining area's limited options, the overall experience was pleasing, and the facilities added to the comfort and value of the stay.
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the large and comfortable room equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and daily replenished drink sachets/capsules. Although the bed was relatively big and comfortable, there were some dusty spots. Despite the cozy but small size, the room was impeccably clean and nicely decorated.
The hotel was in a prime Lisbon address, with very clean and beautiful rooms that were adequate for our short stay. The service was absolutely amazing, always making sure our needs were met, and the staff were helpful with local information. The location was in the center of Lisbon, close to the tube station, and ideal for high-end shopping. The dining experience was good, fitting the standard for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the city, with helpful and caring staff. While the room with a balcony was a bit small after adding an extra bed, the humor and knowledge of the staff made our stay enjoyable. The dining experience was mixed, with a good selection but some disappointing aspects.
